Welcome to Caves!


Inspired by the community taverns and dining pubs found throughout Europe, Caves Bier & Kitchen Corvallis' pairs Corvallis' largest selection of draft and bottled beer from around the world with artisanal pub fare served in a cozy atmosphere. We offer creative, farm-fresh food prepared from scratch, charcuterie and snacks from our kitchen and area artisans, unique cocktails, and local wines. Stop by for a pint and a snack, or enjoy a unique bottled offering with a full meal.




Monthly Tasting Series

Join us from 4:30pm - 6:30pm on the second Wednesday of every month for our Monthly Tasting Series, which features standout offerings from area breweries paired with small plates from our kitchen.

Our beer offerings are hand-picked by curator Nick Kubli. On tap you will find a selection of twenty beers brewed around the block and around the world. Our bottle list boasts over 130 unique bottled beers, stored in our temperature- and UV light-controlled beer cooler. All bottles are opened tableside and served in glassware appropriate to the style.

Our menu features European and American inspired dishes made with fresh Northwest ingredients. Head Chef Dana Lundin sources ingredients from local and regional farms and growers whenever possible. Because of this, our menu will vary as the season progresses. We prepare virtually all of our sauces, stocks, charcuterie, pastas, baked goods, and pickles in our kitchen daily, with remaining ingredients sourced from local artisans. Through this approach, we aim to honor the public house traditions of yesteryear.
